Life's been... interesting.

Just letting you guys know I'm alive I guess.

Sunday we got into a car accident.
We were making a left turn on a two way street, when some idiot going 80mph on a 30mph street on the WRONG side of the road crashed right into our front.
They then proceeded to flip over the curb five times, crashing into a tree on the way into someone's front lawn, before the car caught fire.
Luckily the persons living in that house had a plethora of fire extinguishers, and the two young men were able to crawl out from the back window. 

Fortunately, help arrived seven minutes later, the fire was put out, the two men were alive (moaning and groaning on the sidewalk as they were) and my own family was virtually unharmed, if not shaken up. 
Unfortunately, we found out today that out beloved mini-van of fourteen years had been declared "totaled" and "undrivable."
Seems we'll be having to get a new car soon.

Monday was not the great either.
After being unable to fall asleep until 6:00Am, I got into work around 4:00 and a coworker was being a huge baby because she would have jury duty int he morning and did not want to help in closing the store as scheduled.
Well, I thought it a good idea to let her have a break, but she never came back after her thirty minutes was up.
Needless to say, she will not be coming back at all. 
[Which led to lots of stress as the ended up have a rush right before we closed and got out of the store late.]

Today I had a double shift.
It was terrible. 
I am in an incredible amount of pain in my knees, heels, arches, and more disturbingly my tendon area.

Needless to say, Monday and Today were very typical of the last few months since I've updated anything, so although I am very sorry, I cannot say when I will be returning to put up my work.
It's not that I don't want to, but I am always tired, cranky, or sore whenever I AM home, so doing so has been less priority lately.

Hopefully things'll turn up.
I would prefer to be blissfully wasting my time with fanfictions and art, versus considering my own demise at the thought of having to work one. more. day.

We shall see.
